Museums

We'd gone on a couple of virtual outings to some online museums, which happily have a Mini or three featured in the display.  Here are few for you to peruse, or if traveling, really are worth an actual visit.  If you do this, please post a comment about your experience.

The V8 Boys Auto Show



The V8 Boys held their annual car show at the Queen's Park Savannah on Sunday 24th July, with the TriniMinis taking their spot near to the classic Volkswagen Beetles.  Take a look at our photostream of the show to see the fine assortment of autos on display, or view our video clip of the Minis.

The Domino Pimlico

A kit car company is one that produces car parts or body shells of a specific automobile which the consumer assembles onto a working chassis.  Domino Cars (GB) Limited was one such company which manufactured fibreglass bodies for the Austin Mini from 1986 to 2007.  The Mini models were called the Domino Pimlico, Premier, Premier Plus, HT, HT-ES (made from carbon and kevlar composites), Pickup and Pickup Crew Cab.
